G3Independent. Red List: All Blood Brothers may play cards that require Sanguinus as if Angelo were a member of any circle. Angelo can burn a location as a Ⓓ action. He cannot have or use retainers. Sterile.
Rulings
Angelo can be in the "unique circle of one" of any vampire, including another copy of himself. Two uncontrolled Angelo are in different circles, an active Angelo has to choose (eg. for Unwholesome Bond).
He cannot attempt an action to employ a retainer, nor strike to steal a retainer.
The ability ability cannot be used to fulfill card requirements if they are not played normally, like when using Concealed Weapon for an equipment or Piper or The Summoning for an ally.
When meeting a requirement to play a card, the vampire is treated as such for all the effects of the card, and only them, including duration effects. The vampire is not treated as meeting the requirements for effects the card has from being in play.
