During each Methuselah's unlock phase, that Methuselah can choose a ready vampire controlled by their prey. The chosen vampire takes 1 unpreventable environmental damage. Titled vampires can call a referendum to burn this card as a +1 stealth political action.
Rulings
Is not replaced until the condition is met, even if it is burned.
The "other Gehenna cards in play" requirement is only checked when playing the card.
